Do not send passwords, private client records or unnecessary personal information. A source that contradicts a claim is more useful than an unsupported replacement assertion.
The destination is an existing general project-inquiry form and may ask for business-related fields. State “Wiki correction” in the primary challenge field and use applicable options; do not invent business details. Contact-route source. No test message has been sent by this wiki.
How amendments are recorded
The editorial process is to compare the reported passage with its source, revise unsupported or misleading wording, and record substantive amendments in the affected entry. A correction record should identify what changed, why, when and which source supports it.
If a source is unavailable, that is an availability limitation—not proof that its former statement was false. The editorial policy governs how uncertainty and review dates are handled.
